Banana Chia Pudding
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 cup nut milk of choice
- 1 tbsp nut butter of choice
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 mashed banana
- optional- 1 tbsp vanilla protein
Preparation
Mix it all together, shake it up, refrigerate overnight
The next morning, pull it out of the fridge, and it’s got a great texture
Add the other 1/2 of the banana and a little cinnamon on top
