Banana Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup nut milk of choice
  • 1 tbsp nut butter of choice
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 mashed banana
  • optional- 1 tbsp vanilla protein

Preparation

  1. Mix it all together, shake it up, refrigerate overnight

  2. The next morning, pull it out of the fridge, and it’s got a great texture

  3. Add the other 1/2 of the banana and a little cinnamon on top
