Overnight Creamy and Thick Oatmeal Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup gluten free oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tsp ground flax seeds
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1 cup cashew milk

Toppings

  • Berries
  • yogurt of choice
  • nut butter
  • chia seeds
  • cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and let soak overnight in the refrigerator.

  2. In the morning, heat the mixture on the stove or in the microwave, or enjoy it cold.

  3. Add the toppings such as berries, yogurt, nut butter, and extra chia seeds and cinnamon as desired.
