Caramelized Banana Peanut Butter Overnight Oatmeal
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup gluten free oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tsp ground flax seeds
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- a pinch of salt
- 1 cup cashew milk
Toppings
- simplemills Chocolate Chip Almond Flour Bars
- banana
- coconut oil
- peanut butter or almond butter
- cinnamon
Preparation
Soak the ingredients mixture overnight.
In the morning, heat the oatmeal on the stove top or in the microwave, or eat it cold.
Pan sear the banana on one side in coconut oil to caramelize.
Crumble the almond flour bars and add peanut butter or almond butter and cinnamon as toppings.
