Creamy Thick Overnight Oatmeal Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup gluten free oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tsp ground flax seeds
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1 cup cashew milk

Toppings

  • Berries
  • Cashews
  • Yogurt of choice
  • Nut butter
  • Cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Soak the ingredients overnight in a bowl.

  2. In the morning, heat the mixture on the stove top or in the microwave, or eat it cold.

  3. Add toppings such as berries, cashews, yogurt of choice, nut butter, and cinnamon as desired.
