Peanut Butter Caramelized Banana Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup gluten free oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tsp ground flax seeds
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1 cup cashew milk

Toppings

  • Caramelized bananas
  • peanut butter
  • yogurt of choice
  • granola
  • cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Soak the ingredients overnight.

  2. Heat it up on the stove top or microwave, or eat it cold in the morning.

  3. Add toppings such as caramelized bananas, peanut butter, yogurt, granola, and cinnamon.
