Salted Peanut Butter Chocolate Caramelized Banana Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup gluten free oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)
- 1 tbsp ground flax seeds (optional)
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- a pinch of salt
- 1 scoop protein powder of choice
- 2 tbsp cacao powder
- 1 cup a2 Milk whole milk
Toppings
- caramelized banana
- raspberry
- peanut butter
- cinnamon
Preparation
Choose preparation method: overnight soaking or stovetop cooking.
For overnight oats: Mix all ingredients from the 'Ingredients' section in a bowl or jar, stir well, cover, and refrigerate overnight.
For stovetop oats: Combine all ingredients from the 'Ingredients' section in a pot, bring to a simmer over medium heat, and cook until thickened, about 5-10 minutes.
Prepare toppings: Slice banana and caramelize in a pan with butter and sugar until golden brown.Add fresh raspberry, peanut butter, and a sprinkle of cinnamon on top of the oats.
