Salted Peanut Butter Chocolate Caramelized Banana Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup gluten free oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seeds (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1 scoop protein powder of choice
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 cup a2 Milk whole milk

Toppings

  • caramelized banana
  • raspberry
  • peanut butter
  • cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Choose preparation method: overnight soaking or stovetop cooking.

  2. For overnight oats: Mix all ingredients from the 'Ingredients' section in a bowl or jar, stir well, cover, and refrigerate overnight.

  3. For stovetop oats: Combine all ingredients from the 'Ingredients' section in a pot, bring to a simmer over medium heat, and cook until thickened, about 5-10 minutes.

  4. Prepare toppings: Slice banana and caramelize in a pan with butter and sugar until golden brown.Add fresh raspberry, peanut butter, and a sprinkle of cinnamon on top of the oats.
