Simple Peanut Butter Stovetop Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup GF oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds or ground flax seeds
- 1 heaping cup milk of choice
- 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- dashes of cinnamon
Toppings
- Bananas
- Peanut Butter
- Blueberries
- Granola
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together in a small pot.
Bring the mixture to a boil, then immediately reduce to a simmer.
Continue stirring until it thickens up.
Add the toppings: bananas, peanut butter, blueberries, and granola.
