Simple Peanut Butter Stovetop Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup GF oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds or ground flax seeds
  • 1 heaping cup milk of choice
  • 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • dashes of cinnamon

Toppings

  • Bananas
  • Peanut Butter
  • Blueberries
  • Granola

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a small pot.

  2. Bring the mixture to a boil, then immediately reduce to a simmer.

  3. Continue stirring until it thickens up.

  4. Add the toppings: bananas, peanut butter, blueberries, and granola.
