Salted Pb&J Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup gluten free oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds or/and 1 tbsp ground flax seeds (optional)
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon + a pinch of salt
- 1 scoop of protein of choice (i used pea protein which thickens it even more ??)
- 1 cup milk of choice
Preparation
Soak everything overnight
Heat it up in microwave or stove top, of enjoy it cold
Toppings: banana, mashed raspberry, peanut butter, sea salt
