Salted Pb&J Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup gluten free oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds or/and 1 tbsp ground flax seeds (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon + a pinch of salt
  • 1 scoop of protein of choice (i used pea protein which thickens it even more ??)
  • 1 cup milk of choice

Preparation

  1. Soak everything overnight

  2. Heat it up in microwave or stove top, of enjoy it cold

  3. Toppings: banana, mashed raspberry, peanut butter, sea salt
