Creamy Loaded Overnight Oatmeal Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup gluten free oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice + a pinch of salt
  • 1 cup cashew milk
  • 1 scoop of protein of choice

Toppings

  • Caramelized Banana
  • raspberry
  • almond butter
  • chocolate
  • cinnamon
  • yogurt of choice

Preparation

  1. Combine all the soak overnight ingredients in a container and refrigerate overnight.

  2. In the morning, heat the oatmeal mixture or enjoy it cold.

  3. Add the toppings before serving.
