Creamy Loaded Overnight Oatmeal Bowl
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup gluten free oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice + a pinch of salt
- 1 cup cashew milk
- 1 scoop of protein of choice
Toppings
- Caramelized Banana
- raspberry
- almond butter
- chocolate
- cinnamon
- yogurt of choice
Preparation
Combine all the soak overnight ingredients in a container and refrigerate overnight.
In the morning, heat the oatmeal mixture or enjoy it cold.
Add the toppings before serving.
