Pumpkin Oats Breakfast Bowl Creation
Ingredients
- 40g oats
- 1 scoop salted caramel soy isolate protein powder
- 1/2 grated courgette
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- almond milk
- 2 big dollops of pumpkin purée
- cinnamon
Preparation
Mix 40g oats, a scoop of salted caramel soy isolate protein powder, 1/2 a grated courgette, 1 tsp chia seeds, almond milk, and 2 big dollops of pumpkin purée in a bowl.
Sprinkle cinnamon on top for flavor.
Top with quinoa pops, pumpkin cereal, pumpkin biscuits, and maple butter as desired.
Serve immediately and enjoy your pumpkin oats breakfast bowl.
