Quick and Easy Pumpkin Spice Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup gluten free oats
  • 1 tbsp ground chia seeds (optional)
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 scoop protein powder of choice
  • 1 tsp pumpkin spice
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1 cup milk of choice

Toppings

  • bananas
  • coconut oil
  • peanut butter
  • chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. Dump all the ingredients into one pot.

  2. Bring to a boil on the stovetop.

  3. Quickly reduce the heat and stir until thickened.

Toppings

  1. Sear the bananas in coconut oil on one side to caramelize.

  2. Add peanut butter and chocolate chips on top.
