Overnight Pumpkin and Banana Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup gluten-free oats
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin purée
  • 1/2 mashed banana
  • Cinnamon to taste
  • 1/2 grated zucchini
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • Pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a container and mix well.

  2. Refrigerate overnight to allow the oats to set.

  3. Warm the oats in the microwave for 2 minutes.

  4. Add frozen berries, a drizzle of nut butter, and bee pollen on top before serving.
