Overnight Pumpkin and Banana Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup gluten-free oats
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons pumpkin purée
- 1/2 mashed banana
- Cinnamon to taste
- 1/2 grated zucchini
- 1 tablespoon vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- Pinch of salt
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a container and mix well.
Refrigerate overnight to allow the oats to set.
Warm the oats in the microwave for 2 minutes.
Add frozen berries, a drizzle of nut butter, and bee pollen on top before serving.
