Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Mug Cake

Ingredients

  • one egg
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin purée
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • splash vanilla. then mix in 2 tbsp coconut flour with 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice
  • and pinch salt
  • chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. Whisk one egg with 1 tbsp pumpkin purée, 1 tbsp oil, 1 tbsp maple syrup, splash vanilla

  2. Then mix in 2 tbsp coconut flour with 1/4 tsp baking soda, 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice, and pinch salt

  3. Stir in mini chocolate chips (as many as you want!) microwave for 60-80 seconds until top looks evenly cooked
