Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Mug Cake
Ingredients
- one egg
- 1 tbsp pumpkin purée
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- splash vanilla. then mix in 2 tbsp coconut flour with 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice
- and pinch salt
- chocolate chips
Preparation
Whisk one egg with 1 tbsp pumpkin purée, 1 tbsp oil, 1 tbsp maple syrup, splash vanilla
Then mix in 2 tbsp coconut flour with 1/4 tsp baking soda, 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice, and pinch salt
Stir in mini chocolate chips (as many as you want!) microwave for 60-80 seconds until top looks evenly cooked
