Gluten Free Cookie Cake

Ingredients

  • 3/4 C softened butter
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 egg + 1 egg yolk
  • 2 tsp @mccormickspice vanilla
  • 2 C @kingarthurbaking gluten free flour
  • 2 tsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 C @nestletollhouse chocolate chip

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350

  2. Line and spray a 9 inch pie pan or cake pan

  3. Beat butter for 1 minute

  4. Beat in sugar until combined

  5. Add egg and vanilla and beat

  6. In separate bowl, mix flour, baking soda, cornstarch, salt

  7. Add to mixture and mix in chocolate chips

  8. Press into pan and bake for 20-25 minutes
