Cinnamon and Chocolate Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 45 gr oats
  • 250 ml oat milk
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder
  • 1 fig
  • 1 tbsp pecans
  • 1 tbsp soy yoghurt

Optional additions

  • puffed quinoa
  • pumpkin seeds
  • cacao nibs

Preparation

  1. Mix the oats, cinnamon and cocoa powder and add banana and oat milk.

  2. Cook the oats for about 10 minutes on medium high heat.

  3. Transfer the oats to a bowl and add the fig, berries, pecans and yoghurt.

  4. Optionally, add pumpkin seeds, puffed quinoa and/or cacao nibs.
