Fall Fruits Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 45 gr oats
  • 250 ml almond milk
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • a handful of blackberries, red currants and fig
  • 1 tbsp pecans
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tbsp pb
  • optional:1 tsp maple syrup and coconut flakes

Preparation

  1. Mix the oats, cinnamon and salt en add almond milk

  2. Cook the oats for about 10 minutes on medium high heat

  3. Transfer the oats to a bowl and add the fresh fruits, nuts, seeds and PB

  4. Optional: add maple syrup and/or coconut flakes

  5. Enjoy
