Apple Pecan Oatmeal
Ingredients
- 6 tbsp. oatmeal
- 250 ml unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 apple
- 1 tbsp. peanut butter
- A handful of pecans
- 1 scoop vegan protein
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
Cook the oats in a saucepan with the almond milk, half banana and cinnamon until desired thickness.
Put the porridge in a bowl and add the protein powder.
Stir well, add the toppings, and it's ready.

This recipe is gluten-free and vegan.
Perfect for pre- or post-workout meals.
