Apple Pecan Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 6 tbsp. oatmeal
  • 250 ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 apple
  • 1 tbsp. peanut butter
  • A handful of pecans
  • 1 scoop vegan protein
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Cook the oats in a saucepan with the almond milk, half banana and cinnamon until desired thickness.

  2. Put the porridge in a bowl and add the protein powder.

  3. Stir well, add the toppings, and it's ready.

Notes

  1. This recipe is gluten-free and vegan.

  2. Perfect for pre- or post-workout meals.

  3. Ready in 5-10 minutes.
