Easy Vegan Chocolate Oatmeal
Ingredients
- 45 g oatmeal
- 200 ml unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 banana
- 1 tbsp. peanut butter
- 1 tsp cocoa powder
Toppings
- 75 g blueberries
- 15 g pistachios
- 25 g pomegranate seeds
- 10 g dark chocolate chips
Preparation
Cook the oatmeal in a saucepan with almond milk, mashed banana, and cocoa powder until it reaches the desired thickness.
Transfer the porridge to a bowl and add the toppings.
