Honeydew Melon Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 300 g thick yoghurt (you can use your favourite)
- 40 g oats
- 1 tbs bee pollen and 10 g chia seeds
- chia seeds
- honeydew melon cubes
- sweetener
Preparation
I mixed 300 g thick yoghurt (you can use your favourite), 40 g oats, 1 tbs bee pollen and 10 g chia seeds in a small container with a lid
I then put it in the fridge overnight, so that the mixture could soak up all the excess liquid
This morning I transferred it to a bowl
I then topped it with some honeydew melon cubes, bee pollen and more chia seeds ? I didn't use any additional sweetener but you can add some if you want
