Honeydew Melon Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 300 g thick yoghurt (you can use your favourite)
  • 40 g oats
  • 1 tbs bee pollen and 10 g chia seeds
  • chia seeds
  • honeydew melon cubes
  • sweetener

Preparation

  1. I mixed 300 g thick yoghurt (you can use your favourite), 40 g oats, 1 tbs bee pollen and 10 g chia seeds in a small container with a lid

  2. I then put it in the fridge overnight, so that the mixture could soak up all the excess liquid

  3. This morning I transferred it to a bowl

  4. I then topped it with some honeydew melon cubes, bee pollen and more chia seeds ? I didn't use any additional sweetener but you can add some if you want
