Vanilla and Peanut Butter Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 50g Oats
- 150ml vanilla shake or protein powder mixed with plant-based milk
- 2 Tbsp Greek yoghurt
- 2 Tbsp chia seeds
Preparation
Combine all the ingredients.
Leave in the fridge overnight.
Top with berries and peanut butter before serving.
This is a great post-workout breakfast with a balance of carbs, protein, and fats, ideal after a morning walk or HIIT workout.
