Vanilla and Peanut Butter Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 50g Oats
  • 150ml vanilla shake or protein powder mixed with plant-based milk
  • 2 Tbsp Greek yoghurt
  • 2 Tbsp chia seeds

Preparation

  1. Combine all the ingredients.

  2. Leave in the fridge overnight.

  3. Top with berries and peanut butter before serving.

  4. This is a great post-workout breakfast with a balance of carbs, protein, and fats, ideal after a morning walk or HIIT workout.
