Overnight Chia Oats with Coconut Water and Fruit

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup coconut water
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • any fruit (optional)
  • maple syrup (optional, to taste)

Preparation

  1. Combine 3/4 cup coconut water with 1/2 cup oats and 1 tablespoon chia seeds.

  2. Mix well and leave in the fridge overnight.

  3. The next morning, serve with any fruit and sweeten with maple syrup to taste.
