Overnight Chia Oats with Coconut Water and Fruit
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup coconut water
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- any fruit (optional)
- maple syrup (optional, to taste)
Preparation
Combine 3/4 cup coconut water with 1/2 cup oats and 1 tablespoon chia seeds.
Mix well and leave in the fridge overnight.
The next morning, serve with any fruit and sweeten with maple syrup to taste.
