Easy Chia Pudding with Almond Milk and Fruits
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp (30g) chia seeds
- 1 cup (240 ml) almond milk
- 2 tsp maple syrup (or sweetener of choice)
- fresh fruits of choice, for topping (I used berries)
Preparation
In a bowl, combine chia seeds and almond milk. Whisk together with a fork, then wait a couple of minutes and whisk again to stop clumping. Add maple syrup and whisk again to combine.
Cover and transfer to fridge. Let set overnight or for at least 30 minutes until thick pudding consistency. When ready to eat, remove from fridge, top with favorite fruits and enjoy.
Tips
The biggest question about chia pudding is ratios: how much milk to chia seeds. In fact, chia can take a lot more liquid than you think - plus the longer you leave it to set, the thicker it becomes.
