Mango Chia Pudding Parfait
Ingredients
- 1/2 can coconut milk
- 1/3 cup chia seeds
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1 mango
Preparation
Mix the coconut milk, almond milk, and chia seeds.
Store the mixture in the fridge overnight.
Dice the mango
Top the chia pudding with the diced mango and maple syrup.
