Quick Chia Pudding with Almond Milk
Ingredients
- 2 cups almond milk (unsweetened)
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup (more if desired)
- 2 teaspoons pink pitaya powder (optional)
Preparation
Pop all ingredients into a jar, secure the lid, shake well, and place in the fridge for a few hours or overnight to set.
Before serving, top with berries, nuts, yogurt, granola, nut butter, or other desired toppings.
