Chia Seed Pudding with Star Fruit Flavor

Ingredients

  • 3 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp pink pitaya powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla powder
  • 1 1/4 cup oat milk

Preparation

  1. Place all ingredients into a jar and cover with lid.

  2. Shake well to blend and refrigerate for 10 minutes.

  3. Shake again to mix any settled seeds.

  4. Allow to rest; it can be ready in 30 minutes or overnight.
