Chia Pudding Parfait with Berries

Ingredients

  • yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon butterfly pea powder
  • 1.5 cups oat milk
  • 3 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 0.5 teaspoon cinnamon
  • blackberries
  • blueberries

Preparation

  1. Mix yogurt with butterfly pea powder to create the base layer.

  2. Combine all chia pudding ingredients in a jar with a lid and shake well.

  3. Refrigerate for 5 minutes and shake again.

  4. Rest in the refrigerator for at least one hour for a creamy texture.

  5. Pour the chia pudding over the yogurt layer.

  6. Add blackberries and blueberries on top.
