Chia Pudding Parfait with Berries
Ingredients
- yogurt
- 1 teaspoon butterfly pea powder
- 1.5 cups oat milk
- 3 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 0.5 teaspoon cinnamon
- blackberries
- blueberries
Preparation
Mix yogurt with butterfly pea powder to create the base layer.
Combine all chia pudding ingredients in a jar with a lid and shake well.
Refrigerate for 5 minutes and shake again.
Rest in the refrigerator for at least one hour for a creamy texture.
Pour the chia pudding over the yogurt layer.
Add blackberries and blueberries on top.
