Chia Seed Pudding and Nicecream Breakfast Parfait

Ingredients

Chia seed pudding

  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 dl oat milk
  • 1 tsp pink pitaya powder

Nicecream

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 dl frozen strawberries
  • a splash of oat milk

Preparation

  1. Stir all chia seed pudding ingredients together and let it set in the fridge for 30 minutes.

  2. Blend all nicecream ingredients in a food processor or blender until you have a smooth ice cream consistency.

  3. Layer the chia seed pudding and nicecream in a serving glass to assemble the parfait.
