Chia Seed Pudding and Nicecream Breakfast Parfait
Ingredients
Chia seed pudding
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 dl oat milk
- 1 tsp pink pitaya powder
Nicecream
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 dl frozen strawberries
- a splash of oat milk
Preparation
Stir all chia seed pudding ingredients together and let it set in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Blend all nicecream ingredients in a food processor or blender until you have a smooth ice cream consistency.
Layer the chia seed pudding and nicecream in a serving glass to assemble the parfait.
