Creamy Chia Pudding Parfait
Ingredients
- 1 cup oatmilk
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1-2 tbsp plant-based natural yoghurt
- 1 tbsp agave syrup
- 1/4 tsp vanilla powder
Coloring
- 1/2 tsp sweet potato powder
- 1/2 tsp pink pitaya powder
Preparation
Add the chia seeds to a bowl and add a little bit of oatmilk, then whisk together.
Once combined, add more oatmilk and whisk until combined, then add the remaining oatmilk while whisking.
Whisk in the plant-based yoghurt, agave syrup, vanilla powder, and salt.
Whisk everything together.
Separate the mixture into three small bowls.
Add sweet potato powder to one bowl and whisk together.
Add pitaya powder to another bowl and whisk together.
Leave the third bowl as is.
Layer the mixtures into jars and serve with additional plant-based yoghurt and berries.
