Vanilla Chia Seed Pudding
Ingredients
- 4 tbsp chia seeds
- 200ml veggie milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp agave syrup
Toppings
- oat flakes
- granola
- coconut or soy yogurt
- fresh fruits
Preparation
In a bowl, mix the veggie milk, vanilla and agave syrup.
In a jar, pour 4 tbsp of chia seeds.
Pour the flavored milk on top, mix well.
Leave the jar to rest in the fridge overnight.
Enjoy it the next day with yogurt, fresh fruits.
