Vanilla Chia Seed Pudding

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp chia seeds
  • 200ml veggie milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp agave syrup

Toppings

  • oat flakes
  • granola
  • coconut or soy yogurt
  • fresh fruits

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, mix the veggie milk, vanilla and agave syrup.

  2. In a jar, pour 4 tbsp of chia seeds.

  3. Pour the flavored milk on top, mix well.

  4. Leave the jar to rest in the fridge overnight.

  5. Enjoy it the next day with yogurt, fresh fruits.
