Creamy Coconut Chia Seed Pudding
Ingredients
- 120ml (1/2 cup) full fat coconut milk
- 120ml (1/2 cup) light coconut milk
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 4 tbsp (40g) chia seeds
Toppings
- fresh fruits (such as blueberries, kiwis, and strawberries)
- granola
Preparation
In a bowl or a jar, mix the ingredients from the Ingredients section.
Place the mixture in the fridge to soak for 40 minutes to 1 hour.
Pour the soaked pudding over fresh fruits and granola to serve.
