Creamy Coconut Chia Seed Pudding

Ingredients

  • 120ml (1/2 cup) full fat coconut milk
  • 120ml (1/2 cup) light coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 4 tbsp (40g) chia seeds

Toppings

  • fresh fruits (such as blueberries, kiwis, and strawberries)
  • granola

Preparation

  1. In a bowl or a jar, mix the ingredients from the Ingredients section.

  2. Place the mixture in the fridge to soak for 40 minutes to 1 hour.

  3. Pour the soaked pudding over fresh fruits and granola to serve.
