Creamy Coconut Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 120ml (1/2 cup) full fat coconut milk
  • 120ml (1/2 cup) light coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 4 tablespoons (40g) chia seeds

Preparation

  1. In a bowl or jar, mix the full fat coconut milk, light coconut milk, maple syrup, and chia seeds.

  2. Place in the fridge to soak for 40 minutes to 1 hour.
