Creamy Coconut Chia Pudding
Ingredients
- 120ml (1/2 cup) full fat coconut milk
- 120ml (1/2 cup) light coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 4 tablespoons (40g) chia seeds
Preparation
In a bowl or jar, mix the full fat coconut milk, light coconut milk, maple syrup, and chia seeds.
Place in the fridge to soak for 40 minutes to 1 hour.
