Creamy Coconut Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 120 ml (1/2 cup) full fat coconut milk
  • 120 ml (1/2 cup) light coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 4 tablespoons (40 g) chia seeds

Preparation

  1. In a bowl or jar, mix all the ingredients.

  2. Place in the refrigerator and let it soak for 40 minutes to 1 hour.
