Creamy Coconut Chia Pudding
Ingredients
- 120 ml (1/2 cup) full fat coconut milk
- 120 ml (1/2 cup) light coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 4 tablespoons (40 g) chia seeds
Preparation
In a bowl or jar, mix all the ingredients.
Place in the refrigerator and let it soak for 40 minutes to 1 hour.
