Vegan Chia Hemp Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 cup spring water
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 3 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1-2 tbsp maple syrup

Preparation

  1. Blend the water, hemp seeds, almond butter and syrup until frothy.

  2. Pour hemp mylk into a bowl and add chia seeds.

  3. Whisk until incorporated and allow to sit for 5 minutes.

  4. Whisk again and transfer to a serving cup.

  5. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Notes

  1. Use water instead of milk to reduce the risk of constipation from high fiber intake.

  2. Stay hydrated when consuming chia seeds or other high fiber foods.
