Sticky Date Chia Pudding
Ingredients
- 2 tbs Chia Seeds
- 2 tbs Coconut Yoghurt
- 1 tbs Protein Powder*
- 1 tbs Almond Butter*
- 2-3 Dates - chopped
Ganache
- 20g Caramel Chocolate
- 1 tbs Coconut Yoghurt
- 1 tbs Maple Syrup
Preparation
Mix ingredients together until combined.
Melt caramel chocolate and stir through coconut yoghurt and maple syrup.
Pour over the top and leave in the fridge overnight or for a few hours to set.
Serve chilled or microwave for 30 seconds for a warm pudding.
