Almond Crispy Cups

Ingredients

  • 100g Dark Chocolate
  • 1/3 cup Almond Butter
  • 1/4 cup Maple Syrup
  • 1/4 cup Protein Powder (@macr0mike - d/c “amb-han”)
  • 1/4 cup Desiccated Coconut
  • 1/4 cup Rice Puffs

Preparation

  1. Melt dark chocolate. Using 2/3 of the mixture, pour into muffin cases, bringing up the sides to form cups. Put in the fridge to set.

  2. Mix remaining ingredients together to make the filling.

  3. Fill the set chocolate cups with the filling, pressing it down.

  4. Spoon the remaining melted chocolate over the top and put back in the fridge to set.

  5. Store in the fridge for up to a week.
