Biscoff Ganache Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Rolled Oats
  • 1 tbs Chia Seeds
  • 1 tbs Protein Powder (@macr0mike caramel - d/c “amb-han”)
  • 1/3 cup Almond Milk

Biscoff Ganache

  • 1 tbs Biscoff
  • 1 tbs Coconut Yoghurt

Preparation

  1. Stir together oats, chia seeds, protein powder, and almond milk.

  2. Pour the mixture into a small ramekin.

  3. In a small bowl, melt the Biscoff in the microwave and then stir in the coconut yoghurt.

  4. Pour the Biscoff ganache over the oats in the ramekin.

  5. Place the ramekin in the fridge overnight or for a few hours.

  6. Enjoy!
