Snickers Overnight Oats Delight

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Rolled Oats
  • 1 tbs Protein Powder (vanilla)
  • 1 tbs Peanut Butter (powdered PB)
  • 1 tbs Chia Seeds
  • 1/4 cup Almond Milk
  • 20g Dark Chocolate (for Ganache)
  • 1 tbs Coconut Yogurt (for Ganache)

Preparation

  1. Mix together rolled oats, protein powder, peanut butter, chia seeds, and almond milk. Pour the mixture into a ramekin.

  2. Melt the dark chocolate and stir in coconut yogurt to create the ganache.

  3. Pour the ganache over the oat mixture in the ramekin.

  4. Refrigerate for a few hours or overnight to allow it to set.

  5. Before serving, add extra peanut butter and chopped peanuts on top.
