Snickers Overnight Oats Delight
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Rolled Oats
- 1 tbs Protein Powder (vanilla)
- 1 tbs Peanut Butter (powdered PB)
- 1 tbs Chia Seeds
- 1/4 cup Almond Milk
- 20g Dark Chocolate (for Ganache)
- 1 tbs Coconut Yogurt (for Ganache)
Preparation
Mix together rolled oats, protein powder, peanut butter, chia seeds, and almond milk. Pour the mixture into a ramekin.
Melt the dark chocolate and stir in coconut yogurt to create the ganache.
Pour the ganache over the oat mixture in the ramekin.
Refrigerate for a few hours or overnight to allow it to set.
Before serving, add extra peanut butter and chopped peanuts on top.
