Chocolate Crackle Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup Rolled Oats
- 1 tablespoon Chia Seeds
- 1 tablespoon Desiccated Coconut
- 1 tablespoon Cacao Powder
- 1 tablespoon Chocolate Protein Powder (@macr0mike - discount code "amb-han")
- 1/4 cup Coconut Yoghurt
- 1/4 cup Almond Milk
For the Topping
- 20g Dark Chocolate
- 2 tablespoons Rice Puffs
Preparation
Mix all the oat ingredients together until well combined. Pour half of the mixture into a small ramekin and set it aside in the fridge.
Melt the dark chocolate and stir in the rice puffs.
Pour the chocolate rice puff mixture over the oats in the ramekin and refrigerate for at least a couple of hours to set. (Note: The oat mixture can yield double the amount needed for one serving, so it can be divided into two servings or enjoyed as a single larger serving.)
