Easy Vegan Peanut Butter Baked Cheesecake
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Coconut Yoghurt
- 1/4 cup Protein Powder (@macr0mike - d/c "amb-han")
- 1/4 cup Almond Milk
- 1 tablespoon Peanut Butter (swipe to see my MEGA @mayversfood jar!)
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
In a mixing bowl, combine the coconut yoghurt, protein powder, almond milk, and peanut butter. Mix until smooth.
Pour the mixture into a ramekin.
Bake the cheesecake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes.
Once baked, remove from the oven and let it cool.
