Easy Vegan Peanut Butter Baked Cheesecake

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Coconut Yoghurt
  • 1/4 cup Protein Powder (@macr0mike - d/c "amb-han")
  • 1/4 cup Almond Milk
  • 1 tablespoon Peanut Butter (swipe to see my MEGA @mayversfood jar!)

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the coconut yoghurt, protein powder, almond milk, and peanut butter. Mix until smooth.

  3. Pour the mixture into a ramekin.

  4. Bake the cheesecake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes.

  5. Once baked, remove from the oven and let it cool.

  6. Enjoy your delicious vegan peanut butter baked cheesecake!
