Quick and Tasty 4 Ingredient Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Self Raising Flour
  • 1/2 cup Protein Powder (@macr0mike Salted Caramel - d/c “amb-han”)
  • 1/2 cup Coconut Yoghurt
  • 1/2 cup Peanut Butter
  • Optional mix ins (e.g., white and dark choc chips)

Preparation

  1. Add ingredients to a bowl.

  2. Stir until combined.

  3. Shape into cookies.

  4. Bake at 180°C for 15 minutes.

  5. Cookies will be soft when they come out of the oven but will harden as they cool.
