Quick and Tasty 4 Ingredient Cookies
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Self Raising Flour
- 1/2 cup Protein Powder (@macr0mike Salted Caramel - d/c “amb-han”)
- 1/2 cup Coconut Yoghurt
- 1/2 cup Peanut Butter
- Optional mix ins (e.g., white and dark choc chips)
Preparation
Add ingredients to a bowl.
Stir until combined.
Shape into cookies.
Bake at 180°C for 15 minutes.
Cookies will be soft when they come out of the oven but will harden as they cool.
