Easy 6-Ingredient Vegan Cinnamon Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Almond Milk
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Yoghurt
  • 1/3 cup Vegan Butter (melted)
  • 3/4 cup Sweetener* (*@natvialiving Gold, or coconut/brown sugar)
  • 2 cups Self Raising Flour
  • 1 tbs Cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C.

  2. In a bowl, combine almond milk, yoghurt, and melted butter. Stir well.

  3. Add sweetener and mix until smooth.

  4. Sift in flour and cinnamon. Stir together until just combined.

  5. Pour the mixture into a lined tin and bake for 45 minutes or until cooked through.

  6. Store in the fridge for up to 5 days or freeze for later.
