Easy 6-Ingredient Vegan Cinnamon Bread
Ingredients
- 1 cup Almond Milk
- 1/4 cup Coconut Yoghurt
- 1/3 cup Vegan Butter (melted)
- 3/4 cup Sweetener* (*@natvialiving Gold, or coconut/brown sugar)
- 2 cups Self Raising Flour
- 1 tbs Cinnamon
Preparation
Preheat oven to 200°C.
In a bowl, combine almond milk, yoghurt, and melted butter. Stir well.
Add sweetener and mix until smooth.
Sift in flour and cinnamon. Stir together until just combined.
Pour the mixture into a lined tin and bake for 45 minutes or until cooked through.
Store in the fridge for up to 5 days or freeze for later.
