Soft Baked Chocolate Pretzel
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Self Raising Flour
- 1/4 cup Coconut Yoghurt
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Almond Milk
Topping
- Melted and chopped Chocolate
Preparation
Preheat oven to 180°C
Add flour, coconut yoghurt and salt to a bowl and stir until combined and a dough starts to form.
Knead dough on a floured surface and divide in two.
Roll into long sausage shapes and form into pretzels.
Place on a baking tray and brush with a small amount of almond milk.
Bake for 20 minutes.
After baking, allow to cool slightly and cover with melted chocolate.
Tips
The base dough is neutral and can be adapted for sweet or savory flavors.
