Protein-Packed Peanut Butter Coconut Yogurt Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Self Raising Flour
  • 1/2 cup Protein Powder (@macr0mike Salted Caramel - d/c "amb-han")
  • 1/2 cup Coconut Yoghurt
  • 1/2 cup Peanut Butter
  • Optional mix-ins (e.g., white and dark choc chips)

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the Self Raising Flour, Protein Powder, Coconut Yoghurt, and Peanut Butter.

  3. If desired, add in optional mix-ins like white and dark chocolate chips.

  4. Stir the ingredients until well combined to form a dough.

  5. Shape the dough into 8 cookies and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  6. Bake the cookies in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.

  7. Once baked, the cookies will be soft, but they will harden as they cool.

  8. Allow the cookies to cool on a wire rack before enjoying.
