Decadent Hot Chocolate Lava Cake
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Self Raising Flour
- 2 tbs Chocolate Protein (e.g., @macr0mike hot chocolate powder)
- 1 tbs Sweetener
- 1/3 cup Almond Milk
- Dark Chocolate Squares
Preparation
Preheat oven to 180°.
In a bowl, combine Self Raising Flour, Chocolate Protein, Sweetener, and Almond Milk. Mix well until combined.
Pour half of the batter into a ramekin. Add a couple of Dark Chocolate Squares, and then top with the remaining batter.
Bake the cake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
Once baked, remove the cake from the oven. The chocolate squares should have melted to create a lava-like center.
Serve the Hot Chocolate Lava Cake warm, accompanied by coconut yoghurt or ice-cream. Sprinkle extra chocolate on top for added indulgence.
