Decadent Choc Hazelnut Lava Cake

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Self Raising Flour
  • 2 tbs Chocolate Protein Powder (@macr0mike Choc hazelnut fondant)
  • 1 tbs Sweetener
  • 1 tsp Choc Hazelnut Spread* (@melrosehealth)
  • 1/4 cup Almond Milk
  • Chopped Hazelnuts*
  • 2 squares of Dark Chocolate

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C.

  2. In a bowl, combine self-raising flour, chocolate protein powder, and sweetener.

  3. Add choc hazelnut spread and almond milk, stirring until smooth.

  4. Gently fold in chopped hazelnuts. Pour half the mixture into a mould/ramekin*.

  5. Place dark chocolate squares on top and cover with the remaining mixture.

  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes. Serve warm.
