Decadent Choc Hazelnut Lava Cake
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Self Raising Flour
- 2 tbs Chocolate Protein Powder (@macr0mike Choc hazelnut fondant)
- 1 tbs Sweetener
- 1 tsp Choc Hazelnut Spread* (@melrosehealth)
- 1/4 cup Almond Milk
- Chopped Hazelnuts*
- 2 squares of Dark Chocolate
Preparation
Preheat oven to 200°C.
In a bowl, combine self-raising flour, chocolate protein powder, and sweetener.
Add choc hazelnut spread and almond milk, stirring until smooth.
Gently fold in chopped hazelnuts. Pour half the mixture into a mould/ramekin*.
Place dark chocolate squares on top and cover with the remaining mixture.
Bake for 12-15 minutes. Serve warm.
