No-Bake Chocolate Hazelnut Energy Bombs

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Dates (soaked)
  • 1 cup Hazelnuts
  • 1/4 cup Chocolate Protein Powder
  • Pinch of Salt

Filling

  • 1/4 cup Coconut Yoghurt
  • 1 tbs Chocolate Protein Powder

Topping

  • Melted Dark Chocolate
  • Chopped Hazelnuts

Preparation

  1. Add dates, hazelnuts, protein powder and salt to a blender or food processor and blend until a thick dough forms.

  2. In a small bowl mix together coconut yoghurt and chocolate protein.

  3. Roll dough into balls adding chocolate cream to the centre of each.

  4. Put in the fridge to cool before drizzling over melting chocolate and sprinkling chopped hazelnuts.

Storage

  1. Store in the fridge for 4-5 days. Can also be frozen and left to soften before eating.
