Quick and Decadent Brownie Batter Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Oat Flour
  • 1 scoop Chocolate Protein Powder
  • 1 tbs Sweetener
  • 1/4 cup Almond Milk
  • 2-3 squares Chocolate

Preparation

  1. In a mug or ramekin, mix together oat flour, chocolate protein powder, sweetener, and almond milk until well combined.

  2. Place a large square of chocolate on the top center of the mixture and gently press it down. Add additional chunks of chocolate on the top.

  3. Microwave the mixture for 1 minute on high power.

  4. Allow the mug or ramekin to sit for 1 minute, then microwave it for an additional minute to ensure it's fully cooked and has a brownie-like consistency.
