Healthy Vegan Banana Bread

Ingredients

  • Ripe bananas
  • Plant milk
  • Teaspoon of cinnamon
  • Oats
  • Baking powder
  • Walnuts

Preparation

  1. Chop the bananas into small pieces, put them into a bowl and mash them up with a fork until there's no large piece anymore.

  2. Add the plant milk and the teaspoon of cinnamon. Mix everything together with the fork.

  3. Blend oats into oat flour using a blender, hand mixer, or food processor.

  4. Add the oat flour to the mixture and stir well (add in 3 steps).

  5. Incorporate the baking powder and stir again.

  6. Transfer the mixture into a baking pan.

  7. Chop the walnuts in half, place them on top, and press them slightly into the dough.

  8. Preheat the oven and bake for about 60 minutes at 180°C.

  9. Serve and enjoy!
