Healthy Vegan Banana Bread
Ingredients
- Ripe bananas
- Plant milk
- Teaspoon of cinnamon
- Oats
- Baking powder
- Walnuts
Preparation
Chop the bananas into small pieces, put them into a bowl and mash them up with a fork until there's no large piece anymore.
Add the plant milk and the teaspoon of cinnamon. Mix everything together with the fork.
Blend oats into oat flour using a blender, hand mixer, or food processor.
Add the oat flour to the mixture and stir well (add in 3 steps).
Incorporate the baking powder and stir again.
Transfer the mixture into a baking pan.
Chop the walnuts in half, place them on top, and press them slightly into the dough.
Preheat the oven and bake for about 60 minutes at 180°C.
