Creamy Banana Protein Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 Banana
  • 1 scoop Protein Powder (40g) (e.g., @macr0mike)
  • 400ml Almond Milk
  • 1 tsp Vegan Gelatine* (e.g., @queenfinefoods jell-it-in from Woolworths)
  • Coconut yoghurt (for serving)
  • Fresh fruit (for serving)
  • Nuts (for serving)
  • Peanut butter (for serving)
  • Chocolate (for serving)

Preparation

  1. Blend the banana and protein powder with almond milk until smooth.

  2. Pour the mixture into a saucepan.

  3. Stir in the vegan gelatine until it is fully dissolved.

  4. Bring the mixture to a boil and then let it simmer for a minute.

  5. Pour the mixture into bowls, cups, or ramekins.

  6. Place the containers in the fridge for a couple of hours to set.

  7. Serve the pudding with coconut yoghurt, fresh fruit, nuts, peanut butter, or chocolate.
