Cappuccino Baked Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Instant Oats
  • 1 tbsp Coconut Yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp Protein Powder*
  • 1 shot Espresso
  • 1/4 cup Almond Milk
  • 3 tbsp Coconut Yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp Almond Milk
  • Cocoa Powder

Preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients for the oats together and microwave for 1 minute.

  2. Make the creamy top by whisking coconut yoghurt with almond milk.

  3. Top the oats with the cream and dust with cocoa powder before serving.
