Cappuccino Baked Oats
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup Instant Oats
- 1 tbsp Coconut Yoghurt
- 1 tbsp Protein Powder*
- 1 shot Espresso
- 1/4 cup Almond Milk
- 3 tbsp Coconut Yoghurt
- 1 tbsp Almond Milk
- Cocoa Powder
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients for the oats together and microwave for 1 minute.
Make the creamy top by whisking coconut yoghurt with almond milk.
Top the oats with the cream and dust with cocoa powder before serving.
